Let's talk

Whether you're a performer looking for representation, a brand looking for the right partnership, or an agency looking to open a commercial line for your roster, we'd like to hear from you.

We take on a limited number of clients and partners at a time, so we read every enquiry properly.

A note on how we work. We're selective, and we're honest about it. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you, and where we can, we'll point you to someone who is. Relationships outlast transactions, including the ones that don't start with us.

Common

questions

For performers and creators

1. What does representation cost?

Representation costs nothing up front: we earn a share of the paid work we bring in and manage, so we only do well when you do. Dedicated press campaigns are different. Those are scoped pieces of work, quoted properly, with the fee agreed before anything starts.

2. Do I need a big following?

No. We look at credibility, craft and audience trust, not just raw numbers. A performer with a genuine story and an audience that listens interests us more than a large following that doesn't.

3. Do you handle acting work or castings?

No. Castings, bookings and theatrical representation belong to your agent, and we don't cross that line. We handle the commercial side: brand partnerships, press and profile.

4. I already have an agent. Can I still work with you?

Yes, and we'll keep them properly informed. We work alongside theatrical agents, not around them, and you'll never pay two commissions on the same deal.

4. Who has the final say on deals?

You do. Which brands you work with, the terms you accept and what you publish are always your call. We bring the opportunities, the negotiation and the judgement; you keep the decisions.

For brands

1. What kind of talent do you represent?

Professional performers and creators whose audiences trust what they say. The roster is selective, so every partnership gets the attention it deserves.

2. Do you run gifting campaigns?

Gifting isn't our model. We build paid partnerships based on genuine fit, because that's what converts and what lasts. Product can form part of a wider partnership, but we don't do send-and-hope.

3. How do you match talent to a brand?

Fit first. Values, tone and audience before fees. If your brand doesn't suit our talent's audience, we'll tell you and save everyone the campaign that wouldn't have worked.

4. Can you guarantee coverage or results?

No honest agency can. We commit to the quality of the match, the professionalism of delivery and full management from introduction to completion. We build every partnership to be the first of several, not a one-off.

For agencies

1. Are you trying to sign our clients?

No, and we put it in writing. Your roster stays yours; we never approach a partner agency's talent for direct representation. Our role is to build the commercial side for the clients you already represent.

2. How does working together start?

With a pilot. A defined period, a small group of jointly selected clients and clear weekly reporting, so you judge the model on results before committing to anything longer.

3. Will our clients pay commission twice?

Never. One commission per deal is the rule, however the work is shared behind the scenes. Your client's deal never gets worse because two parties helped make it happen.

4. Can you guarantee coverage or results?

No honest agency can. We commit to the quality of the match, the professionalism of delivery and full management from introduction to completion. We build every partnership to be the first of several, not a one-off.
