We wanted

representing us.

Kalon started with a simple frustration. The people advising performers rarely came from the stage, and the deals on offer rewarded reach over fit. A big number could land a campaign that did nothing for the talent's reputation, and everyone moved on.

We took the opposite view. A following is the beginning of the conversation, not the end of it. What holds a career together is the relationships underneath: the brand that comes back, the journalist who takes your call, the agency that trusts your judgement. Build those well and the opportunities keep coming. Chase the quick campaign and you spend forever starting again.

So we made relationships the product. We keep the roster small enough to know every name properly. We turn down work that doesn't fit, even when it pays. And because we work in this industry ourselves, we read a room, a brand, and a booking the way our clients do.

Working with us

01

Fit first

We won't put your brand in front of an audience it doesn't suit, however tempting the reach. That's the whole point.

02

One relationship, managed properly

You deal with us from first introduction to delivered campaign. No chasing, no drop-off.

03

Built to come back

We'd rather run three campaigns with you over three years than one and never again. Everything we do is aimed at the long relationship.

If you want a partnership that works for your brand, our talent, and the audience being asked to care, start a conversation.

What we do

Three audiences. One principle.

Everything we build is designed to last longer than a campaign.
Talent management

We represent a select roster of performers and creators. For each one we build brand partnerships that fit their reputation and a press profile that supports the whole career, not just the next month. We handle the approach, the negotiation, and the relationship with the brand, so our clients stay focused on the work. You keep ownership of your name, your voice, and your decisions. We bring the doors and the judgement. We don't chase gifting. We don't sell your feed to whoever's paying. Everything we place has to make sense for you a year from now.

Brand partnerships

Brands come to us for talent their audience actually trusts. We match on fit first: values, tone, and audience, before we ever talk numbers. That's why our campaigns convert. The recommendation feels real because it is. We manage the partnership end to end, from first introduction to delivery, and we build the kind of relationship that brings a brand back for the next campaign rather than the next name on a list.

Agency partnerships

Performing-arts agencies represent brilliant talent and rarely have the time or the network to build commercial partnerships around them. We become that arm. We work with agencies on a pilot basis, building brand partnerships for selected talent on their roster. You keep the relationship with your artists. We bring the commercial side and the brand network. It's a way to open a revenue line for your talent without hiring a partnerships team.

Who's behind it?

Chileshé
Co-founder
Chileshé is a West End performer, currently in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, and Kalon's commercial lead. Before Kalon he ran London venues for a national leisure operator, so has sat on both sides of a deal - the performer being offered it, and the operator deciding what it's worth. He leads brand partnerships and commercial strategy.
Aidan Harkins
Co-founder
Aidan is a West End director, and Kalon's press and talent lead. His network runs deep through musical theatre, from rehearsal rooms to agency offices, and it is why Kalon's introductions land; he knows who should meet whom, and why. He leads press strategy and talent relationships, building profiles that make a performer's name carry beyond the show they are in.
